My bosses are afraid to make any steps towards their growing their business because we are in a pinch in finances. They won't advertise because they either say it costs too much or the competition will just follow their lead. They also get mad at all of the managers for not trying to help expand the business (making phone calls to people/other businesses). We have manager's meetings once a month, but none of us bring up this issue because we always get shot down with the "we don't have to money to do that" comment.... How can I approach them without losing my job for "stepping-over-the-line"?

it was from Pappa John's. So I ordered this special they had for $11.99 and added one additional medium pizza. My total came to almost $40.00. I called back and asked what was up and they said "delivery fee" and I said so you get the tip from customer and give to driver? He said no - they don't get any of it. I said so it's a tip on a tip? He said no, their insurance and gas and all is high. So, don't you think they should add their overhead to the price of the pizza insted of later? I know prices of certain groceries went up cuz of gas. Plus, the drivers have their own insurance and pay their own gas right (maybe w/some reimb.) What's the scoop?

They are English silver coins worth £5, bigger than the £2 coin and have like the Queen Mother, or Princess Diana's face on one sign, and the normal Queen on the other. They are supposed to mark a special occasion. So are they legal tender? Or just for looking at. Because I have like £30 worth and to be honest, I'd rather spend it!!
