Is that an interview question? If so, I would mention any hardships that you had to overcome to succeed in school or your career. Like " I didn't have the money for college so I had to work part time as a waitress and it took me 6 years to graduate". Or "English was my second language, and before I could succeed in school I had to focus on that and learn the language."
Or, I had a baby really young, and have had to be responsible...that kind of thing.
