But you can always be a very productive member. Answer each question as best as you can and try to help as many people as you can. You can put description of your business in your profile. If people like what they read from you, they check you out and go to your profile. If they see your website, they are very likely to click on the link and check out your site.
So that's extra traffic to you. How you monetize that traffic depends on your business model.

Not unless you apply for a job with them. I don't see how else you can use this site to generate revenue when even Yahoo is not getting an income from it right now.
