im starting up my own business (in the UK) who do i need to inform about this for legal reasons? and how do i go about getting my company name officially registered? and work copyright-ed? answers will b much apreciated

I have tried listing in the past on ebay: Jarts, among other items that ebay has kicked off for safety reasons, but they still allow others selling the exact same items to continue to list and sell them. When I email ebay about this, I just receive an email saying they are dangerous and against ebay policy to allow selling them. Why does this apply to only me? It really sounds predjadous. Ebay doesn't have any live people to contact about this. I've even worded my ads just like the others that don't get ejected.

I'm basically getting ready to jump into a job with a trait because i've had a real run of bad luck with money to stay in school.

But me and a buddy want to open an entertainment place just outside Chicago. A paintball, laser tag entertainment place. Perfect location, to as all roads to it lead to and from the city, and just about every suburb in the area, wealthy and otherwise.

but you need money to make money. we want to look into property investors. We're smart, hard workers, but without any real education what are the chances of us jumping into entrepreneunership, and convincing investors we'd be, well, a good investment? or is our lack of schooling gonna kick us while we're down?

Temp agency is trying to send me info to complete computer work for a job @ my home. They have sent it to me three times and I have not received it. We're just wondering why my email keeps blocking it. I was trying to get the parameters, so I could have it sent to a specific folder, but the person didn't know what they are. Any help would be appreciated.
