New atmospheres could be more coastly than we can pay. The only realistic option is movign to another planet that has an atmosphere, or create a self-sustaining mechanical habitat (such as a space station, etc)
You can't move atmospheres and even if you could the atmosphere on other plantes is either too thin or too thick, and not composed of the correct percentages of elements.

There's a nitro/oxygen atmosphere depot right next to the Lowes hardware, under the frozen seas of Europa. That's the closest. If you wanted to drive a few light years farther, you can find a better deal near the binary Alpha Centauri system, but I left the directions, along with my coupons on Tralfamadore. My guess is, unless you catch the next train to Jupiter, you're screwed. Better buy some oxygen tablets and learn to not breathe, like in The Sirens Of Titan.

Shops is not a place where you find atmosphere.Atmosphere is a concept of your own mind. It's your own mind which tells what is necessary and what is unnecessary for your own environments, and this creates an atmosphere.Basically you want to change your atmosphere. For this you need to change your view point about different persons and different things you see in your environment. After a while people will interact with you in a different way and you will feel slowly ur atmosphere is changing
