There are many sources you can download for free from Microsoft Office that may help you on your way. Graphs can, in fact, be created in either of these programs.

Use power point graph for simple bar graphs. If you have exel you should have PP. If not just surf the net, thats all i can say.

Spreadsheet or powerpoint or if u need a powerpoint program and don't have one on your computer, go to openoffice.org and u can download a similar program for free and it is perfectly legal. On that website you can also download graphing programs.
