Would you suggest a money market?

In computing the cost of capital, why do we use the current costs of existing debt and equity, instead of the historical costs of existing debt and equity as determined in the market?

I am currently looking for a few investors/co-founders of a online game/interactive site dealing with buying, selling, and trading virtual real estate.
As we all know real estate is a huge thing right now and everyone wants to be the next Trump.

The game is already in the process of programming and alot is completed. Money is getting tight and i was the only investor so far.

There is nothing like this and could be the next myspace or craigslist. ( i dont know if you have heard but myspace was just quoted to be worth 15 billion!)

Anyway, email me at cblandis88@yahoo.com for more info or if your interested.

I only want 2 or 3 serious investors. Im planning to open it up as a official corporation in the next few months.

Thanks!

Does anyone have any experience investing with T.Rowe Price? Specifically one of their retirement funds? I want to open up a Roth Ira and noticed T.Rowe Price has retirement funds that mostly consist of stocks and they watch the peformance for you. I do not have time nor the expertise to pick and choose and monitor my allocation. I am 26 years old if this helps. Any informative advice would help, thank you.

Mostly this is done(supposedly)with sub-penny stocks.

But is this REAL....or nothing but a convenient excuse for struggling, and/or unscupulous companies with extreme bloated O/S.

I have been looking at different forex trading courses like the one at www.forextradingcenter.info and was wondering if anyone out there has any experience with this course or something similar.

I would also like to get feedback from people on if they have any advice on if trading forex can be a good thing or not.

My mother is 70 and has a solid income stream (pension, SS, annuity) of about $30,000 .... she also has about $70,000 in Fidelity non-IRA mutual funds. It is almost ALL in stocks. I think that is way too risky for someone her age.

I'd like to suggest to her a fund that will produce income with relatively low risk. I am looking at the Fidelity Freedom Income Fund as an option for her... any opinions?

How do you buy stock? I heard there was this popular online place that you could sign up and transfer money, stuff like that; choose the stock you wanted.
