Keeping in mind the menu would have burgers (like McDonalds), chicken (like KFC), but of course Fish and chips, with their special sauces, vinegars, etc. I'm told that in the subcontinent, (india and pakistan), the avg person normally eats fish in the winters, would this be a problem for a chain store...around 50 restaurants in delhi and mumbai initially, and then total 400 around the country after within 5 years...Would the traditional English fish and chips taste appeal to the subcontinental taste buds?

I am looking at starting an investment group and I keep finding groups who focus on stocks and mutual funds, but I am interested in real estate also. Is it legal for investment clubs/groups to purchase real estate? Also, what type of paperwork must be filed to operate such an entity (Looking at LLC framework), is there a comprehensive informational resource available that fits my needs?

Someone is shorting DSTI from 14$ to 5$.
The price is now 5.37$, is that the right time to buy and will they cover soon, or will they keep shorting until the company crushes?

Ive been using OANDA's Forex trading simulation for about 6 weeks now. It looks as if Forex investing is a good way to make money and I am considering joining up for real to begin investing in FOREX, however I am extremely wary of internet scams. Has anyone else used OANDA and can they tell me ther experiences with regards to their legitimacy and reliability - Thanks

one has a position on a stock and it starts to go in your favor. how does one know when to cash-out or let it run. what are the best strategies( i know about stops orders and mental stops, but for me those strategies seem to always result in tons of work to carefully follow the days high to keep up with mental stops. stop orders seem like a scam because they always get taken out and then the stock moves the other way leaving me out of the profitable move) what are some other real world solutions for keeping more profits on a good short or long position?

I got a $30,000 total settlement for a recent car accident. I make around $38,000 per year which is low for San francisco. I have no credit card debt and I am 26 by the way. I cant think of how to really spend this money. I live in San Francisco where the average tiny home is at least $300,000 so buying is not an option since my mortgage would be unmanageable(i.e I would not have enough to have a comfortable buffer, not to mention association fees for all condos are at least $300/month here)...The money is in savings at a nice 4% rate for now but I wonder if I can safely increase the money for real. Its not enough money to be a millionaire overnight but does anyone have creative ideas besides perhaps stock market? (I am kind of researching that now anyway). I also plan to keep $5000 untouched at least as an emergency fund by the way.

If the Canadian dollar is worth 37% less than the U.S. dollar, then the US dollar is worth what percent more than the Canadian dollar?
For full marks your answer should be rounded to the nearest hundredth of a percent.

I recently watched one of those seemingly dumb infomercials, called INVESTools. Well, it seemed cool, I just don't understand, there has to be a gimmick. What is it???
