FII is Foreign Financial Institute (Those registered out of India but operate to an extent in India in financial, investment space)
FDI is Foreign Direct Investment. This is the investment coming through foreign companies, FIIs, Funds et al directly into the companies registered in India mainly Indian held companies.
IPO is Initial Public Offering. This is the first offering of shares to the general public from a company wishes to list on the stock exchanges and going public.
