My mother owes Social Security about $140,000 in back payment (due to years of an error on their end). Nevertheless, she worked out a deal w/them to pay them back, but believes that she will be paying them back every month until she dies. Which got me to wondering. If she still owes when that time comes, can they take the amount owed out of her life insurance beneficiary payment? They told her that they cannot set up to have payments come from her monthly pension checks because that is a private fund rather than a goverment fund check. So, does this mean that they can't take out money owed from the insurance check? I was just wondering how this worked. Does anyone know??

I'm proposed to work at this work but I'm not sure that's good to sell insurences to people from the point of morality. It's about life insurance. And I have totaly different education which doesn't involve sells. What do you think? Should I take the job or find other more appropriate? What's your attitude towards this profession? Is it a good one or not?
Thank you,
Maria

My son is 19 and due to the type of coverage I have and him being 19 and just graduated, he is no longer covered under my medical. He still barely lives at home with us, but is moving out in three weeks. He has serious dental care needs. I'm talking $10K plus in work that is needed. I'm not paying for it, as I've been screaming at him to ge off his lazy butt and get a job. He's basically a ninny boy, bum, does what he wants 24/7. I'm done paying for him and all his crap.

That being said, I am concerned and do want him to get the care hee needs. Where can he turn to? Medicaid? Welfare? What?

His is absolute lazy, whinny, ninny boy bum, wait until it's an emergency then balme everyone else guy, but he is still my kid...............

My husband recently passed away ans he was the one who took care of a lot of the financial responsiblities. He never mentioned what company our house is insured under. Is there a way to find out?

I looked throughout the house and couldnt find the papers concerning house insurance. Plus, I know we had the basement of the house insured since we had a small commercial business running. But still I can't seem to find who insured the commercial part of the house either.

A few months before he passed he changed insurance company. But he never even got a chance to tell what company it was since he died abruptly.

What can I do? I already went to the company we dealt with in the past., they are not the one who are currently insuring us.

Please help!

What is the absolute best Dental, Health ,Vision and Prescription Plan out there. They can be together or seperate plans and not necessarily together. It doesn't matter how much it would cost. I would like to know the best plans for all four that is the most complete and extensive for everything imaginable. Once again cost is not an issue as long as it is the best out there. (Plans the rich and wealthy may consider the best options)

I own a rental property in Houston. Since I live overseas and do not have home owners or renters insurance, the insurance company of my investment property will not write a $1000,000 umbrella policy. My investment property's dwelling policy has $300,000 liabililty coverage in it.

Is there any way I buy $1000,000 umbrella policy? Any names of insurance companies?

Thank you

I was signed up to go on a long range fishing trip with a company that runs these trips all the time. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the trip, after making a $900 deposit. When I called to cancel, though, they told me it was 85 days before the trip left, and they have a 90 day cancellation policy, thus they would not refund one cent of my deposit. Can they legally keep my money? I admit, their policy was printed on the invoice they sent after they received my money, I just hadn't seen it, nor was I told of this policy at the time I paid them, just when I got the receipt. Help!!!
