Hi I am doing my dissertation on Global Marketing Strategy and already done research on finding data on standardisation vs adaptation, culture, country origin perception on consumer behaviour and advertising etc. I am having trouble to analyse and evaluate Levi's brand positioning in the USA of a product-led image and in the UK as a fashion led image. Please can you suggest where I can gather literature for my literature review on this and any other suggestions. I appreciate your help. I'm planning to do a research on shock advertising, but I have difficulties in searching for the examples other than Benetton, French Connection, and Calvin Klein. Can anyone give me some other examples of shock advertising? I prefer print ads though.

We worked with one major company so far and our work was featured on one of the major online marketing publications. Although this is still minor, we are a really small rich-media design boutique, I feel confident about our group's skills and really want to grow. So we look to rich out to more clients. Is it a common practice to look for marketing executives' contacts on major web sites and reach out to them with direct service offers? For me this sounds like a little too harsh type of contact, but are there any alternatives? Thanks!

i recently purchased a shopping web page,in hopes of making a little extra money.when purchasing the page i was not made aware of the advertising money i would have to spend to make it successful.i spent all my extra money on the page and the company i went through made it sound so good but mentioned nothing about me having to spend alot of money on adverting until it was to late to change my mind,now im stuck with a web page that does nothing but it could if i could find a way to get visitors .i have no more money .my web page is a shopping page that i get a small% of the sales if people go through it buying stuff from amazon,target or toys-r-us. idont want to break any internet protacol,but just want to find ways to get my domain name out on the web in hope of getting vistors.any ideas?anything,i would be very grateful for any help.thank you
