The guy has gotten great reviews recently but has a 98.1% feedback rating, which sucks.

Your question is simply a cheap marketing ploy, through which you are pretending to ask advice about someone else (the link directs people to YOUR eBay listings) in a shameless effort to sell your own cheap garbage on eBay. My answer to others regarding your question is this: Don't trust anyone who would try to pull this nonsense. Because of these efforts at decepetion, this person cannot be trusted.
