My brother is looking to sell his own properties but did not want to pay much on commission . So his wife applied for a broker license.

But after she got my broker license , they went into a situation that needs a lot of money , so they want to sell their 3 properties .

After more than 6 months ,they still did not sale our properties yet . I wonder is that because buyers don't like to buy house from broker's own properties ??

Any advice on this situation ?

I was wondering if there was such a thing as a 10k personal loan that I could get. I have 2 mortgages on my house so I dont think I could tie it to that. I am living paycheck to paycheck and just want a bit of security, and dont want to be ripped off. Any suggestions?

My dad's revenue streams were converted to trust about 5 years prior to his passing. It has been 5 years since his passing. Last year, we were audited for his estate. There was a finding that there was no revenue. This year, I received a notice that they want to audit for two years.ago They even replaced his first name with Deceased. What kind of government bureaucracy flags a $0 income estate that has been closed (previously proven by IRS audit) Also I am not the executor, nor the recipient of any of the trust money.
Has the IRS gotten that callous and unfeeling that live people are not enough for them? Who was the idiot who changed his first name to Deceased in the IRS records? They spent over $100 Million on new computers and software, yet they can't determine that auditing closed estates over and over is counterproductive? First audit was 7 year audit, recent one is single year, 2005.

I have heard some very negative feedback about real estate that the Church of the Later Day Saints runs in New York City. They have forced people to give up their apartments with only 30 days notice and demanded rent increases that are ridiculous given the current state of their properties. I have heard they are very poorly managed at the top level and are only concerned with profit Poor living conditions, huge rent increases and they claim to be a Church? They seem very questionable in their business practices.

I waited a week and called for a follow up, the recruiter told me they will be making decisions soon and she will contact me. What are the chances of getting this job?

I'm thinking arbitrage, baby! Let's assume that the increase in first class postage rates is inevitable, thus guaranteeing that the future value of my stamps is greater than today's value. What prevents me from purchasing stamps today and selling them tomorrow at a profit? Historically increases have been small but it sounds like the USPS needs to make a bigger increase to break even.

I'm looking at their pricing guide right now and under Account Activities there is something that says "Transfer (out) of assets: Full $50 per account, Partial $25 per account." Is that referring to like, say, withdrawing money from my Schwab account and putting it into my bank account, or is it referring to transferring them to another brokerage?

Hopefully someone who uses Charles Schwab could answer. :)

Does anyone know WordPress's customer service email address? I have a couple of questions I'd like to ask before I sign up.

For example, I want to know if WordPress has these capabilities:
a.) Let people enter an email in order to receive a monthly email newsletter.
b.) Create RSS feeds so that readers can subscribe.

Anyone know?
