If you need to apply for a crisis loan then it's obviously for some kind of crisis. So why can you not tell them what it is you want it for ?

Crisis loan ? All loans come from some sort of crisis. . .
I think they only care about 2 things . . .
1) collateral and / or
2) ability to repay .
Cover those 2 and they won't care about reasons .
