im 16 and my mom told me to get a job so yeah i wanna know where do u think i should work at. mcdonalds is closer, i can walk there. and the theaters is far so i gotta take the bus but the theater seems like a cooler place to work at and looks easier. idk about the pay though.

my car was impounded three days ago, due to upaid parking tickets. i owe a total of $1400 bucks + impound release fees. i can't afford to get the car out anytime soon. i'm still making payment on the car to the bank. can the car most likely be reposess if i don't come with the money? what should i do?

Recently, my boss had called me and said,

"Sorry, due to overspending in the R & D department, the company needs to let you go and will pay your salary up the end of this month."

This came to a shock and my notice 1 week before the end of the month.

Should I sue the company for not compensating me after I had worked for 2 years and did more then the company had asked for. Including providing information of new territories and opening the market up for new business venture?

How can a company that is multi-million dollars worth, just lay someone off from the last week of the month and pay them only up to that month only?

I just got my first job, and I figured that if I work 28 hours a week, I could make $196 a week.

I'm currently enrolled in a fitness and nutrition program from which I will receive a diploma. I would like to use that to start a weight loss coaching center. What I'm wondering is if there are any certifications, licenses or hidden hurdles I need to be aware of while I'm still in the planning stages. My boss has decided to close her cleaning company up. However, she is splitting the customers of the business between myself and my other colleague so that we can both start up our own businesses. The name of the company has been closed. BUT...my other colleague wants to use the ex-company name as her new name for her business. Is the right? Or is she just being selfish? I have to use a new name for my new business, I just don't think it's fair!

A bad debt on my credit report is due to come off in Oct. BUT, it has now been turned over to a coll. agy. and IT now appears on my credit report. So, for ONE bill owed, I have TWO negatives on my credit report. And this has happened with more than one account. I have 5 bad accounts on my credit report, but, I have 12 negatives on the report because some have been turned over to more than one collection agency. HELP!!
