2. Call and speak with the Front Office Manager.
3. Tell them you have a report and that you would love to observe their work and learn about what goes on there. Be honest about who you are and what you need the info for.
4. Schedule a day and time you can show up, pen and paper in hand with your questions all ready to go.

5. Ask if the manager would be willing to answer questions over the phone or by email. (if you can't get there)

If they refuse, try another hotel, or email one.

Try to go in person if you can, it would probably be pretty fun.
