I will be moving out of state later this year and am interested in turning my home into a rental property. Are there any special permits or forms I need to fill out before doing so?

i am in such a bind right now and i need more money than i have i wanted to get a loan for 7 to 10 thousand dollars, but i have somewhat bad credit. I keep trying sites that claim they give bad credit loans, but after futher investigation i learned that it is not true. Does anyone know a guaranteed place where i can get a loan for that much with bad credit???

Ok my friend is divorcing her husband and they own a home together. Out of anger the husband will not agree to sell the home and will not give money towards the mortgage, she cannot afford to pay the mortgage alone. She doesn't want to ruin her credit so she wants to just sell the home without his consent and give him his legal share of the proceeds. Is that possible? They are in Missouri.

My BF has a child support judgement on his credit report. It's compleltly paid up in full and his has paperwork proving it. This is the only debt he has on his report. Even though it's paid up he can't seem to be able to get any form of credit to rebuild or should I say start building his credit. He never had any prior accounts anywhere. How can he get this off and also how long does it take to come off?

I'm having some financial difficulties, just lost my job and had some uncovered medical expenses I had to pay out of pocket that ate away at my savings. Now I'm being harrassed by credit companies calling me threatening legal action. I've tried to make payment arrangements but they won't take what I can afford. These are unsecured debts, can they go after me legally or get my paycheck with held when I start working again? I'm hoping to get a temp job that will start next week so I can get back on track but this lady is telling me my checks are going to be withheld. HELP!

I am working with a private limited company since February 2006. Due to reasons alien to me the company has not deducted income tax from my salary so far. Through a chartered accountant i paid advance tax in the month of December after calculating the tax based on my salary income and investments. The logic behind the payment of advance tax was to avoid any interest accrued for the accumulated tax and to avoid heavy tax cut during Jan-Mar. But to my surprise and dismay, the company refuses to accept the advance tax citing that they cant accept tax paid outside of TDS.

In this context,
1) Is the company within their rights in not accepting my advance tax paid receipts?
2) Does a citizen need to pay advance tax (in accordance with the deadlines issued by the IT dept) in case of salary issuing company not deducting the tax at source?
3) Are there any specific guidelines for TDS by which the heavy tax cut during the last 2-3 months by the company is prevented?

I now have the contract of sale signed by me and the seller. Why do I still need to sign this form ? Why is he still bugging out ? Its so after the fact now that I feel he only needs this form back to cover his own *ss and there is absolutely no benefit to me siging it. Am I right ? As an employer of many young and attractive women I am planning on installing hidden CCTV cameras and recording equipment extensively throughout the ladies lavatories. Does anyone know how easy it is (or even if it's possible) to hide one that actually faces up from the toilet bowl but can't be seen? If you can't get them I'll have to reconsider the whole thing, I can't justify all that money just to have loads of video of them washing their hands and putting on make-up!
