Not really. It's easier to go to a country and then take a cash only job. And then try to beat the Visa requirements. Very similar to illegal aliens working here.

not usually unless its an american company and it wants an american work force its cheaper for them to just hire local labor alot of people in other countries work for less money thats why the US is losing jobs to india and other areas

Not as far as I'm aware. You need to have a skill that makes you special. If it's a job a citizen can easily do, then you can't have it. You have to do a job a citizen either won't do, or can't do.
