like on a day to day basis the annual salary

we do very little paperwork or pill counting. That is what the technicians largely assume. Probably 85% of my job is checking the work of the technicians, counseling patients, and ringing them up (hey I'm already standing there......might as well ring them up).

The nature of the tasks is predictable, and potentially boring to some. I'm never bored. I'm sometimes tired, and beaten down after a 13 hours shift, but never bored.

In some parts of the country the wage is 60 per hour. Where I live and work (Utah) the hourly wage is in the high 40's /low 50's

Count pills. Do paperwork. Pretty boring.
Salary is good though. Experienced ones make upwards of $60 / hour
