I'm constantly looking for effective ways to market websites. I'd like to know if using the business groups in myspace.com help get new visitors to a website? This guy owes me $192.00 dollars; He is the supervisor at whitefield lab and he places workers at different clinics , he asked me if i wanted to move to another clinic near my home,so i said sure as long as i didn't have to pay parking. Well, he said you will pay $60.00 dollars a month and i will pay you back at the end of each month; i said yes no problem if i'm going to have my money back why not? He hasn't paid me yet! i only paid parking for 3months becouse he is not returning my calls. He gave me a check for $190.00 dollars and the bank is charging me $7.00 dollars,because the check he gave me was a closed account! Help .................What can i do?

I'm a private investor. I'm starting to look into privatly held real estate notes that people have carried back when they sold their property. I know that most times (at least with the people that I've talked with) they wanted the cash in the 1st place, but the deal was too good to turn down.

Does anyone know of anyone who is doing this successfully at this time? Does anyone know of anyone with a note that they may like to get a quote on?

Ideas please! I sell a skincare/cosmetics brand already, and love it, but would like to sell another item that is not similar. I was thinking about pampered chef? After my performance review, it was decided that I should get a promotion so that my title more accurately reflects my job. Unfortunately, my company refuses to give me a raise to go with the added responsibility. My boss suggested that, if they wont give me more money, I should quit.

I don't love this job and it pays badly, but it is close to home, I'm good at it, and the benefits are outstanding. (Free tuition for my children to one of 14 colleges??) I don't have any othe job leads, and without my Master's degree, I'm limited somewhat (professionally).

Advice?

I have a client who has gotten behind on her mortgage payments by a few months. She is unable to refinance at this time due to pre-payment penalties on her current mortgage sending the payoff over equity. She wants to cash in her 401K, and yes she understands the very high penalties/taxes/fees involved. Her employer will not allow her to do so unless she provides a letter of forclosure for a hardship loan against the 401K. She would prefer her home not go into forclosure at all and just wants to pay it now. Every day that passes, she is charged more fees from her mortgage company for being behind. What can she do?

We are a couple living in the US planning to move to London and we would appreciate your sharing what you know about the cost of living. We don't have a child yet but we plan to have one. We would like to know all the monthly expenses such as income tax, council tax, other taxes, transportation, retirement, baby sitter, other baby expenses and any other thing that we should use to consider this option.
In case you are wondering we have both master's degrees and working permit for the UK.

I am helping my husband clean up his credit report. Recently we sent a debt verification letter to a particular collection agency and received no reply. However, an alert appeared on his credit check monitoring account under the "Public Records" section. It contains the name of the collection agency, the date, the type of account, and the amount owed. Can anyone tell me what this means, and whether or not the collection agency had the right to file this alert?

I have no debt at all , my car is paid off in full and I'm a single parent with one son. My niece's (19) husband (19) works for his stepdad as 1099 and was paid cash all last year. He never paid any taxes and he made roughly 20K. They have a new baby (reason for marriage). I am concerned that they haven't paid anything. They said that they spoke to a tax preparer and he said that this isn't a problem. Is this true? I thought that you had to estimate and pay taxes quarterly. These are know-it-all teenagers and I'm afraid that they are going to learn another hard lesson.
