I looked into http://www.econsumer.gov to report something but were can I get dispute service like ebay has? Any free ones?

To dispute what, where? There are the other common sources like sending a letter to the Better Business Bureau, or maybe calling the local TV station for the reporter that does those things about bad businesses in the area. Then too, there are state and local government agencies that sometimes look into things. In Missouri, New York, and other states there are very active public officials that love to hear about businesses that do bad things. Ask around at the local (city or county) prosecutor's office--when you go complain about something, they will usually say something like, "We don't do things like that, but you might try...."
