i need help please

This week I'm withdrawing all of my IRA's out of a mutual fund company that has not been providing a decent return for my money.

Question: How many days do I have to reinvest this money so I won't be penalized by the IRS or whoever regulates this process?

I have heard I have 60 days to reinvest the money without penalty but I wanted to make absolutely sure.

How will I have to show this transaction on my federal income tax return? I'm told it will be reported to the IRS when I am given my check for the IRA's.

I do not intend to use the IRA money yet, although I'm 68 years old, but I understand I will have to start withdrawing some of it when I turn 70. Is this true?

We will be lending funds from an invester source to other business's. I know we don't need a CCL & do not come under FSA but, as this will be large numbers just have a doubt in my mind that we may need one. Have searched the WWW no joy!

i am tryina apply online to the apple store near me & it asks how many years i have been in retail sales. ive worked at a wendy's, an arcade, an acme (supermarket) & most recently at a toys r us.

is any of that considered to be retail sales?

the housing benifit pays for my parents council flat coz hey are retired! it is a permenant accomidation which they signed for it back in may 2006! unfortunatley now they are not happy with the flat becasue its on the third flooor with no elevators and the neighbours are really annoying. do you think they can change the flat? or move to somewhere else and still recieve housing benefit?

I've been to his house, I've called him repeatedly but i'm not getting any luck.

I paid a 500 deposit for a six month contract on a room in a house in London. Then when i moved out after the agreed six months, i was told by the landlord (who by the way wrote me an excellent recommendation for my new landlord) that he would send the money on. But he hasn't.

It's been more than two months and I'm literally living pound by pound, all my money goes on rent and im finding it very hard to make ends meet.

Is there ANY way that anyone knows of that I could pursue to get my money back? Unfortunatly i simply wouldnt be able to go down the legal route as I barely have enough money to buy food. Literally.

I'm grateful for any help ye's can give me. Thanks.

As a single 27yr old woman, I am considering leaving my apartment in TX to move back home to WI, to start my own business. I just started the work force about year 1/2 ago and I realized that I do not like the corporate bull that you have to endure inorder make a dollar. I know that its not always like that everywhere you go, but there is some level of crap you will have to deal with, but I dont think its worth it. It makes sense to move back home financially, but damn I will loose so much indepence moving back home with my mom. You know, walking around the house nude, cleaning when you feel like it. Its a trade off I guess. What would you do? Did I mention that my new bedroom would be the living room..lol Am I crazy for even thinking of moving back home?
