You could file for bankrupcy and have the lawyer save your home. The only problem is that costs money. But if you could come up with the cost to file bankrupcy you may be able to save your home. But you have to file today otherwise they will be able to take your home.

When it comes to social services, sometimes you have better luck going through the back door. Try contacting the Untied Way of America www.unitedway.org. Tell them what is going on. If they can't help, I am sure they will point you in the right direction.

In Florida, if you file bankruptcy, they can not take your home or primary mode of transportation.

You need to contact a lawyer a.s.a.p and see what your options are. Call Legal Aid in your area and they can help.
