I recently refinanced with another company and the original company charged me a $500 fee. It is clearly stated that they can in my contract, but I still question the legality of that.

I have other bills and have 2 children to support. I work full time and my credit is not very good at all. I went bankrupt 2 times when
I was married and was doing great but my son was in a terrible ATV accident and I was out of work for several months and lived on credit cards. Food, utilities, gas, and other things needed. My Ex and i share joint custody of our children but my kids do not go to his home very often. If I mention money my ex says he doesn''t make them stay with me. Turns into a big fight, My boys are both older (18 and 17) my oldest works but my youngest (the accident)
he is struggling with school work(had a brain injury) and I dont want him to fail it's his Junior year of high school. HELP???!!!

I am talking about newbies in the business. I have a friend who wants to start trading stocks and getting into the whole investment thing. She is a stay at home mom and there is really very few jobs that work for her, she asked me if I think it is a good idea, I told her to go to one of those courses on "how to trade" the local community college offers but I am not sure my advice was correct... is it possible for her to live from trading stocks and investing her money?

I have 2 student loans. One of them is through American Educations Services, and the other one is through Sallie Mae. I'm having a hard time keeping up with both of them along with my other bills (rent, car, insurance, etc.) What is the best way to go about consolidating them together, or is that even possible? I have a collection on my credit report. In 5 months the SOL for my state is up. I owe them 350 and now it's like 700 including interested. Do you think they will sell my account back to another collection agency before the SOL is up? I'm afraid they if they sell back I have to deal with the second collection agency all over again for 7 years.

i am consistantly being charged by my bank. i don't qaulify for a overdraft facility. i am currrently working two part time jobs, i also recieve ema of £30 a week. my ema payments always arrive either late or are missed due to school teachers not processing on time. recently i was overdrawn only for one day, and got paid the next day. each time i am charged £25. The next charges are being applied on the 4th of jan for the amount if £50. £25 is for the first day of being overdrawn and the next £25 is appalied the next five working days.this is totaly unfair, i am for ever paying money back to the bank. i am only 18 is this not ellagal for a bank to charging me continuously putting me more and more in to debt.

I cant find the receipt that I got with this computer three or four months ago. Theres nothing wrong with the machine and it has an extended warranty but at some time in the future it will need to be fixed or serviced, the last thing that the salesman said to me was heres your receipt and keep it safe,I obviously didnt and the first thing that any shop asks you when you go back is have you got the receipt. Can they refuse to even look at the computer without one? Has anybody taken a product back to a store and been given a hard time because of a lost receipt?
