Purchasing legal medicines or colored contact lenses in mexico and mailing them to people in the u.s.. With a prescription of course. I can legally bring a 60 day supply accross the border. Alot of people travel great distances just to purchase the medications. I think it would be a good service. how much should I charge?

The are a lot countries closer to the UK then Bulgaria. I don't think property is particularly cheap there..only compared to th UK..not compared to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Luxemburg, Norway, Sweden, etc..and those countries have a higher standard of living and higher building standards (even higher then the UK!) - and flights are cheaper and in general it is quicker and easier to get there then most areas og Bulgaria.

I personally think that would be a dumb move on my part. I dont what to compromise the outcome of my auction. I sent a requset for more info from ebay, but they take forever to respond. Has anyone had experience with this? What is your advice? Or do you know of any specific info about ebay policy?

I've heard all about these "get rich quick" schemes, the envelope stuffing, etc. I want to know if there is something legitimate, that can be done from home to earn some extra money, or does such a thing even exist?

When relocating to another city in another state, is it better to write and request information by writing to the City Hall of the city or writing to the Chamber of Commerce of the city to request printed information about the city that you are interested in relocating to?

Last April, I took my first loan ever to pay for an SUV. The inital amount was about $16k at 6.99%. As of today, I have paid it down to just over $12k.

As a present, my parents gave me $10k to pay off the loan (and I'll be paying them back with little to no interest), so I can pay off the loan and still have enough money to feel comfortable.

But, is there any way I can "funnel" this $12k payment that I'm about to make through some payment channel so I can get additional benefits from it?

Specifically, I had hoped to use my Discover or Visa card to make the payment, so that I would get either cash back or flight credits.

However, the bank that holds my loan says I can only use credit cards to make loan payments via a cash advance, and neither of my cards will give me miles or cash back for a cash advance (or for credit checks either).

Does anyone know of a way I could make this work and get extra benefit from my payment (if not via credit cards, some other way)?

In November 2006 I set out to rent an apartment in the Bronx. I acuired the help a rel estate broker. The broker quickly found an apartment for me and I paid all my fees as requested and on time,1 month rent & 1 month security paid to the landlord and an equivalent of 1 months rent paid to the broker. However on or around December 10th the landlord called and asked for some more time before I moved in so he could fix the linoleum floors, after a little more than a week the floors were not yet completed and the apartment had not been completely painted. When I questioned the landlord about this he said that he changed his mind and didnt think it would be a good idea for me to move in and that I could meet him the next day to get my rent and security back. When I spoke to my real estate agent about the situation he told me that I was out of luck and that he would not be refunding me the fee paid to him. Is this fair? Am I entitled to this money back?

my credit score is a ghastly 595 (stupid things i bought and negelected the bills for). as i get older, this just doesn't suffice, especially if i want to move out or by a new car.

what's considered a good score, and how can i build up my score aside from paying off what i owe?
