You may think its only $600, but multiply that by the THOUSANDS who don't pay, and that adds up to millions that the company is owed. They have lawyers that are on their staff, so it doesn't cost them that much more to sue you, and having a charge off or a judgment against you on your credit can cost you thousands over the next 7-10 years in higher interest or not being able to get credit at all. Even cell phone companies will turn you down if you have this on your credit report. If you feel its only $600 then pay it before they sue!!

They don't. Are you really getting sued or just threatened? If they are threatening to sue, they won't. It's not worth it to them.
However, please pay your bills as it affects all of us when someone stiffs a credit card company for what is owed.

Ummmm? Because you owe them money ?
It's people like you who make companies go out of business. If you loan someone money, wouldn't you want your money back too? Get a clue.

You took their money. It doesn't matter how much money they have. They agreed to let you BORROW their money. Your part in that agreement was to pay it back. They are just making you stand by your word.
