My best friend and I are trying to go to this Residential Camp for 2 Weeks, which costs quite a bit. We need ways to raise money and since we don't have alot of connections it is difficult. Have any ideas besides the usual garage sale etc. ideas?

A bikini car wash is a nice healthy way for girls to raise money.

Here are just a few of the things my daughter did to raise money:
Babysit, Pet and house sit, dog wash and walking, grocery shopping service (run errands) for elderly or homebound, sell cookies, help clean out garages or closets and then take the old clothes to a consignment shop.

Just a few I came up with right off the top of my head...
-Start a dog walking service in your neighborhood
-Start a pet sitting service in your neighborhood.
-Do a car wash. Some businesses will match your earnings
-Some home party/direct sales companies offer fundraisers. Ask your moms to help by hosting a party.
-Start a babysitting company/club. You and your friend could share duties and split profits.
-Garage sales (of course)
-Recycling drive. Ask friends, families and neighbors to collect cans for you.
-Host a bake sale. You could ask friends and family for baked good donations.
-Start a cleaning service. Offer to clean houses for family and friends on the weekends. I hate to clean and would pay someone to do it for me.

You can generally make a lot more money doing things people don't like to do themselves, like house cleaning, spring cleaning, ya know windows and stuff, I know it's no fun, but thats why they pay you!!! You can name your own hours and make some good money, just an idea!!! good luck
P.s. don't underestimate the $ that can be made in a garage sale, you can make some serious cash if you do it right!!!!

Walk dogs, help out elderly people in your neighborhood, sell lemonade, ask your parents for an advance on your allowance. Just use your imagination and you'll have plenty of ideas to raise money.

My kids sold candy to earn their way to camp. It took months, every day after school and on weekends. If you want to go bad enough, you'll find a way to work and get the money. Babysitting, lawn cutting, snow shoveling, dog walking/watching etc.

Part time job, mowing lawns, carwash, babysit, babysit pets...
