International Business deals with the broader issues that face multinational companies - anything from finance, differences in countries' accounting structures, supply chain management, etc. Int'l Marketing will be focused much more on the field of marketing products on a global scale. If you are interested in getting a marketing credential on your resume, then go for the marketing option. If you are not sure, perhaps the broader "International Business" minor will keep more options open for you.
