I'm 24 years old. The one thing that I regret more than anything is not reporting the sexual harassment I received during my tten years. It was everyone from teenage boys to older men at work.
You have to stick up for yourself. You MUST report it to upper management and make sure you have your report in writing. Make sure it's in writing, that way once you have given a copy to management (keep one for yourself, too) then if the management doesn't handle it correctly, it becomes their fault and their legal problem. Sexual harassment is against the law. It is not your fault. No one has the right to touch you or make you feel uncomfortable and it is not fair to you. Guys do that to young girls, you'll never see them doing it to a grown woman b/c she will knock them on their behind. Don't let anyone make you feel powerless, because you're not. Don't let this situation go without being reported b/c that could come back and bite you in the butt. I know you're scared but BE STRONG, TELL YOUR HARASSER TO STOP! AND REPORT THIS TO YOUR MANAGEMENT AND DEMAND THEY DOCUMENT AND SOLVE THIS!!! If they don't handle it correctly go on the internet and google Hollister's corporate number and report it to them
Be strong... You are protected by the law:) Don't let these losers walk over you... Be Strong!!

If you have asked them to stop and they have not, you are the victim of an illegal "hostile work environment". Start documenting the incidents - Who (name and title), What Actions - touching, brushing against, jokes, leers, "dirty things", and the like), When (date, time), Where (place), and Witness (who saw it, who did you tell - name, time and date).
Notify your supervisor and the HR Executive (if any) and insist that the co-employees who are engaging in this unacceptable conduct be disciplined, or you will take further action. (Document the meeting - date and time and what was said).
Don't be intimidated, you have the power!!!
"Further action" = Federal/ State Equal Employment Opportunity Complaint (State Human Rights Commission, if State does not have EEOC office).
Look in phone book or GOOGLE "(Your state) Equal Employment Opportunity Commission"; or, "Equal Employment Opportunity Commission".
There is no reason why you should be treated in such a shabby manner. The only reason that they are engaging in such reprehensible behavior is that you are young, inexperienced, and
afraid of losing your job. What they don't know is that you have the common sense to seek advice rather than continue to accept (and indirectly encourage such behavior). You have done nothing to be ashamed of. It is your co-workers who should be ashamed and afraid. VERY AFRAID.

Well hunni it may come as a surprise to you but ALL young men are perverts. So what they are doing is- in their minds- perfectly normal. they are not bad people, just a little stupid.
However your employer has an obligation to provide a workplace which is free from harrassment. He is obviously failing to do this. And now the whole of Yahoo Answers knows that Hollisters allow harrassment to flourish.
Mention this to your manager and I'm sure they will take your complaint seriously. If they don't, put something in writing.

OK lets move away from PC and deal with the real world.
I don't know why they think they can do this to you and not the other girls but there must be something in it.
I don't know if this apply to you or not so if it does not then don't worry about it. But little boys will behave like little boys if they think they can get away with it.
If you dress like a tart, enjoy the attention and flirt a lot with people then this may explain it. If this is you, that's what you have to change if you don't like the end result. People have to take responsibility for themselves. Only you can know if you are encouraging or provoking them.
People may not like that but thats how it is in the real world.

You really don't have to put up with this ,they are doing this because they are cowards picking on a young girl, If their wives or partners could see them they would be mortified that their partners behave like this. You must tell someone in authority they cant sack you for reporting them , There are laws against this harassment so hold your head up high and report them
