The two of us are in the same office.She's 51 and I'm 23 years old.She keeps annoying me, that I smoke too much( Ok I only smoke 4 cigarettes now instead of 12).Then the way my desk is placed annoys her, because she couldn't see the sun(the office is to small, what should I say, the sun is directly in my monitor and can't see the text).Literally everything bothers her.It is winter and I sit in front f the window so my back hurts because of the cold.I ignore her and try to explain to her how the things are, but...she argues with someone who can be her daughter.It is ridiculous. What should i do, this is untolerable.Hepl please, she is ruing the 8-hour work day.

Over the past few years, I've made a point of checking my credit history with the three major Credit Reporting Agencies (CRAs). I began doing this after I was denied credit by a bank for overdraft protection on a checking account. While I was able to correct an error on the report from the CRA that originally provided that information, I subsequently noticed that my other two reports contained slightly different information about this account. Its complicated by the fact that the original debt was to a bank that was taken over by another bank and I was not able to pay at the time I received a collection summons in the mail from a collection agency. A few months later, though, I was able to pay and sent off payment, but this "paid chargeoff" was only placed on one CRA report. I've disputed this with the other two CRAs, but both inform me that, after verifying the information, they believe it to be correct even though it contradicts information reported to the third CRA. Any advice?

i have 30 days before im totally screwed financially and emotionally im fried. ithe have some money saved and i want to go to a cheap place outside the us to regroup, read live cheap and so on. I could care less how cheap it is or where,, however i want to play soccer every day and chill with some books one month to 6 until i can function and my heart heals. i need some serious solutions like costa rica or something, ireland , anyhwere, but im on a limited budget and im done with new mexico. i just moved here and have few if no friends, cause ive been working two jobs and going to grad school. im pretty screwed if i stay so i need to chill and have mega change. PLEASE HELP.

I have signed a bond with the company for four years and earn a scholarship of around 10,000/- whenever I apply for a personal loan it gets rejected as my payslip shows my designation as student. and my payslip shows my salary as scholarship. is there any bank which would give us personal loans based on our income? Over the years, I’ve heard hundreds (if not thousands) of people state they like Burger King hamburgs but don’t like their fries. They further state their desire for Burger King hamburgers with McDonalds fries. However, your average person is not going to travel to both restaurants and wait for each item as the other gets cold. This is where my ingenious idea comes to play. I will reconstruct my kitchen room & dining room into restaurant fully equipped with tables, stools & chairs. I’m going to hire 2 teenagers that will travel to McDonalds for fries & Burger King for Burgers every half hour. This brings the 2 products to the customer – nicely, quickly & hot!!!! What I need at this point is information where to buy the large McDonald and Burger King signs they have outside their restaurants to put outside my house. Where do I get them?

In 2004 I filed Chapter 7 and after it was did charged I got in an motor vehicle accident and all my bills went behind and I had about $80,000.00 in medical bills i'm now just getting back to work and want to try to rebuild my credit,i have charge off,closed accounts,delinquency on accounts,write off and about 60 accounts,i have sent letters offering a settlement offer for those accounts but, there are alot of accounts,i dont think what i sent will be accepted but thats all i have what do you think is the best way for me to rebuild my credit?Will paying almost all the negative help my score come up?
