Without knowing what the education is you're referring to it's hard to be really specific so I'll just give you some general ideas. Any of these can get you into the entertainment industry, either TV, movies or stage.

You could try being a personal assistant. Celebrities often have personal assistants that do the tedious daily errands for them, though I'm not exactly sure you'd need an "education" for that.

You could try being a producer if you have any business education. If you have a background in marketing you could try being a publicist or a talent agent. If you like fashion you might be interested in working behind the scenes in wardrobe or makeup. If you have an education with a strong English or theater background you might try being a scriptwriter or even a script-doctor (e.g. someone who polishes a script before it's submitted to the studios).

Once you've decided what you'd like to do it's probably just a matter of calling anyone and everyone you can think of. Search the net for any companies that do whatever it is and send them your resume. I suspect it'll be all about who you know that gets you the job, so get to know as many people as you can. Get your name out there and someone is bound to give you a break.
