I have a couple of friends who started doing this 2 years ago...he's apparently on pace to make 150k this year. He has about 10 loan officers working for him at the moment. He's trying to convince me to get into this field. This seems like a large amount of money making having recently started out. Is this possible?

ok so when i started college (at 18) i started getting credit card offers but i didnt have a stable job (federal work-study) so i didnt want to apply or accept any offers. now, 1 year later i do have a job (not just work-study) & want to apply for credit but no one will accept. i also changed my address & that is usually the reason that the credit card companies give me as to why i wasnt approved -because there is no record of me here (well, that & not enough credit info). how can i get started on my credit?

1. A job that you always love to do. Deep in your heart, it's not only a job, but your hobby and dream of life style. However, this job can't barely offer you enough to make a living. Financially, it's a no-future job. (eg. Photographer, artist, traveller....)

2. A job that you don't enjoy at all but it pays well with good benefits. It's a boring job and you can't seem to have fun working. However, this job offers you stable financial support and a rather steady life that you can pursue your other hobby or life goals outside your job. (eg. a normal routine day-to-day office work.)

Which one will you choose? And why?

I'm looking to buy a home. My credit score is 680, but I have no money to put down. What is the best loan option for me? A friend is buying a home and he says his rate is 1% and his mortgage increases by 1% per year. Not his interest rate, but his mortgage payment. That doesn't sound right to me. Any advice?

I'm 23 now but I have a $4,000 debt from when I was 18.I racked up charges on a Visa card and had lost my job so I couldn't pay. They kept rasing how much I owed so I just never paid my debt.I got a call from a lawyers office allowing me to pay them or have them sue me.The only type of monthly payment they will take is $350 or more.I can not afford to pay that.My boss told me it might be a scare tactic since my statute of limitations is almost up.Has this ever happened to any one else and do you have any advise for me?

I am having problems with my Bell South business telephone bill. I have been overcharged for the last 5 months. I've spoken to 5 different customer service representatives. Each appologised, and said that they will credit my account and correct the billing mistakes but nothing ever gets done. I even have their emails and extensions nembers but they do not get back with me. I am soooo frustrated. What can I do?"

A friend told me that businesses don't like to hire people late in the year because they would have to pay them for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years, and that they would start hiring again after the first of the year. Is there any truth to this?
