They are HR assistant, HR Generalist, HR Manager, Staffing/Recruiter for employment/staffing agency, HR specialist for the government, payroll and benefits manager, employee training for companies/ manufacturing/production industries,college instructor, Head of the HR department for companies, retail HR Manager, consulting, counselor, and I know people are contract specialist whom have gotten a degree in HRM.

Where I've worked the human resources person was in charge of payroll and retirement funds mainly. The lady for my company in real estate deals with a lot of financial work for properties. Can't remember what else.
