You can also change your address with the IRS by putting the new address on your 1040 when you file your next return. Unless there is a reason they need to know before then, it may not be worth your trouble at this point.

okay, so whats your question???? you can print that out off of irs.gov its form 8822, make sure you don't print out the 8821 (power of attorney) and yes, that is the form for your address change... or you can call your local IRS office. the 800 numbre is (888) 829-7650

Yes that is right but it is not 88.22 it is Form 8822. You can download it from www.irs.gov
