i live in my apartments and took a pay cut. i got served my 3 day pay or quit. so i went to the apartment place to pay my rent and put in my 30 day notice but they said i already am in the eviction process, and now they want me to pay almost $3,000.00 in fees. if they already started the process how can i make sure that they dont process if i pay all the fees? even the fees to stop the eviction? help. im i better off leaving the place in good condition or paying?

A customer grabbed my arm, threw me against the register and tried to kiss me. I told my manager and he said to just not talk to him. I then called the other manager and he said we would save the tape and if he tried it again we would call the police. I talked to a police officer and he said the guy did nothing illigal. I need to sort my finances out. I have quite a large amount of unsecured debt but my salary has just increased and I can afford to pay off more of it now. I need some objective advice on my best strategy to clear the loans and cards effectively.
