you should hire an email marketing company to shoot email to their registred users if you do u r self some ppl can take action under indian cyber law.

Unfortunately, You have to pay for a good list whereby the users agree to receive emails they did not specifically request. You could build your own list by writing articles with a opt-in. Also try a viral campaign. Good marketing suggestions are in the book "Rocket to Riches". This book can be downloaded for free at http://godisruleroftheuniverse.com Click on the "Money" link and scroll to the bottom of that page. There is some info in the book also about the SPAM laws.

I know that you can purchase mailing lists that may also contain the person's email address. Just be careful because people hate spam & nothing's worse than your email box full of junk mail.

i found a site that actually pays you money for asking and answering questions
all you need to do is sign up and start posting away they actually pay out, all u need is a paypal accont which is free and easy to set up and they will send you the money
you earn from the posts you put up and answer.. now this wount get you rich but you can earn a few extra hundred a month.. not bad if your 16 or need a bit of cash
