I bank with Natwest and got the loan from them to. I have about £500c in bank at the moment and a £2.5k overdraft limit. I dont know if it would be cheaper for me to get a larger overdraft limit and always try and keep it in credit to pay off my loan with what I can?

That's right. I'm going in for my second interview...ever. Am I nervous? Somewhat. I'm more excited.

WHAT advice do you have to give to me?

This is a nonprofit job, so not as formal as corporate world. I'm well qualified, and I am excited in having this chance. :-)

ANY tips would be great!

I had a loan to this certain financing firm but was out of the country for almost 9 months now. Now that I am back, I was thinking of showing-up but I am scared of the consequences since they have sent me loads of demand letters & solicitor letters.

Any advice? NO silly replies please. Thanks!

Hi,

I am trying to take 40 acres and subdived into about 38 1 acre lots people can build houses on. I need to add streets, electrical, water, and telephone to each of the lots. All the utilities are right next to the property. Does anyone have a idea what something like this will cost?

Please give me answers to the questions and not direct me where to go.

Thanks ALOT

I am looking for a place like a cd account that preserves/garantees principle. I have seen a couple mortgage companies likehttp://www.axiomrealtycapital.com/
http://www.rescapfunds.com/
that say they will preserve your capital. The reason I do not want to invest in cd account is because it offers to low of returns that are useless due to inflation and taxes.
I do not care if they don't offer fixed returns but as long as my principle investment stays secured I will be happy. And the "possible" return is greater than a cd account.

I keep finding conflicting information on the internet regarding the authority of state courts. I, as the custodial parent, am the sole provider for my child's health/dental insurance (I footed the bill for braces and any co-payments), I solely pay the mortgage for the house she lives in, father does not want to see or know his child and she is now 17 years old. He pays $500 per month in mandate child support from age 13 to 18 years of age. The court order says he is allowed to claim her on his taxes every other year. He pays no state tax where I pay state tax and an additional local tax which is equal to half of what I pay for state taxes. I also pay property taxes. I provide more than 50% of her support. Do I have to confirm to the judges order? Because the case was heard in the NCP's state, I was allowed to participate by phone but at the last minute the judge decided I couldn't and my child's father had his lawyer present where I had no one acting on my behalf.

June of 06', i entered into a purchase contract with a builder in Austin TX to buy a new construction home. It is nearing completion in late January and I am running into a snag. I am looking into financing now and am unable to qualify for any loan due to income. My income will not cover the loan nor will come close. The builder up to this point has NEVER asked me for any type of prequal letter from any lender. Since I cannot qualify for a loan in TX, am I entitled to get my deposit back? I am not familiar with TX law. Please assist.

I have recently completed my Masters in Literature and History. I have two undergrad degrees, one in English the other in Print Journalism. I want to get into a job as an Editorial Assistant but it seems nearly impossible with my limited experience. Does anyone know of companies that are willing to take a chance on graduates?

Here’s their situation.
My wife’s sister and her 2 kids just came from the Philippines in late October. She just started working this week.
She is 38 years old and lives with her Dad and the wacko Step mom. She was wondering if she could file her 2 kids next year even though she only worked 1 month.
She was asking us because her step mom is charging her thousands of dollars for the money they spent petitioning her.
She will pay it back, but knowing here stepmom she will pocket the refund and still charge her for petioning her.
Or should the dad and step mom be the ones filing all 3 of them?
They already have their green cards and social security cards.
Do the kids need to be here more than 6 months to qualify for filing?
Thanks for your help.

When you call most companies you have to dial an 0784/0870 type number. Can anyone tell me the website where there's a list of freefone numbers I can call for companies like TV Licensing, banks, etc.

I can make educated guesses and research my horses at the race track, and you can get 20 bucks back from only investing 1 dollar, easily. You'll be hard pressed to get that return in 1 day at the stock market. And who want's to gamble in the long term? You invest $10,000 only to have the broker tell you that you MIGHT get a good return? Find me a broker who will tell you NOT to buy stock and I'll give you a $100.
