That's right. I'm going in for my second interview...ever. Am I nervous? Somewhat. I'm more excited.

WHAT advice do you have to give to me?

This is a nonprofit job, so not as formal as corporate world. I'm well qualified, and I am excited in having this chance. :-)

ANY tips would be great!

-Be on time
-Be respectful to anyone in the building, even if it isn't the person interviewing (interviewers some ask their secretary how the person acted)
-don't exaggerate any contributions in last job
-Research the company that shows initiative ( or shows you don't care if you don't know about it)
-Don't diss you last boss or company
-don't get too personal in interview
-don't ramble on
-don't say you don't have any weaknesses
-Don't seem desperate
-Don't make salary seem like it is the most important thing
Hope these helps.

Be polite. Yes maam or sir. When answering a question look the person in the eyes, this shows sincerity and strength. Do not sit until asked to. No gum chewing. If they ask if you have any questions be honest, do not wait until later to ask. It may be too late. Even if it a volunteer job, do not wear jeans or sneakers. When leaving make sure you shake the interviewers hand and thank them for their time and tell them that you hope to hear from them soon. If you do not hear from them within 2 days, call and tell them the date you interview and with whom, then ask them if the position has been filled that you are still very interested in the position. If the position has not been filled. Ask them when they think they may have an answer. This shows that you are still interested and are willing to wait. Hope this helps..

The registry purely lists the human beings who've been stuck. purely a million in 25 situations of sexual abuse are ever stated. which skill for each human being residing close to you on the registry, multiply that through 25. This record also does no longer delineate the adaptation between someone who urinated in public, replaced right into a Romeo and Juliet case, streaked, replaced into sexted through a teen, or replaced into framed for downloading baby porn which will be a percentof a 17 12 months previous. The registry expenses tax payers over $six hundred,000,000 in step with 12 months. do not click it. It purely validates its worthlessness. Sandusky wasn't on the registry. Ariel Castro wasn't on the registry. Did it safeguard any of their victims?

Personality is the key. You must make them laugh, feel comfortable, and want to be your friend. Many people are hired because of likeability rather than just ability to do the job.

Be yourself! Apparently they liked it the first time. Dress professionally, maintain eye contact, use past examples of how you handled situations, expand on your strenghts, admit weaknesses only when asked (and don't say you don't have any because we all do and it looks shallow when you don't know). That's about it! Good Luck, you'll do great!
