I have placed an on-line order with my debt card the credit has been taken by the site via paypal, but I never get what I ordered, I tried to call but always get pick up by machine. I wrote to the site but no one ever reply. It has been 2 weeks, what should I do?

Hi
My residence is NC and i have short term contract in Ct
I on a w2 and i'm deducted Ct taxes
I live in a hotel room till i complet my contract.
My question is do i need to file a CT state tax form at the end of the year or i simply file a Nc and deduct what i paid in CT plus my expenses

I have a finance final tomorrow, and having trouble calculating the WACC. I have two take home problems, and was wondering if someone could explain how to solve these problems? I am not asking to be given the answers, that would not help me on the test, but just tell me how I would go about doing them in the easiest to understand way possible. I have another problem I need help with that I will also be posting. Again, not asking for answers, just explanations.

(1) The bond of Company ABC has 5 years to maturity. The bond’s coupon rate is 8% and it is selling at $950. The total value of the bonds is $20M. The company also has preferred stocks, which are worth $10M. The preferred stock pays a dividend of $1 a share and currently sells at $10 a share. The common stocks of the company are worth $30M. The beta of the common stock is 1.5, the market risk premium is 8%, the risk free rate is 6%, and the firm’s tax rate is 35%. What is the company’s WACC?

yes its been posted b4 but the co workers arent satisfied with the question i asked since its missing some details.

I work for a pharmacy that merged with another company. We took on their Paid time off schedule, changed our email address to theirs, and the company slogan is "one year, one company" its been a year. well since we had been with them our insurance rates raised 300%. we dont get time off up front instead we have to earn it. now the other company that we merged with has done this

Whats the most effective way to approach this holiday situation?
I work for a pharmacy that has 2 offices of about 150 employees in each. One office about 40 miles away got 2 days off for thanksgiving as to our one day off. Now i found out they will be getting off 2 days for christmas and we get only one. Are their any legalities in this? My direct supervisor states she doesnt mind working but the rest of the office here does. But as you can imagine the morale of this office is shot and gone

I just started a new job and I really hate it. The commute is okay, but they require overtime each and every day. I was looking for a job with work/ life balance and got exactly what I did not want.

I am looking for another job, but am trying to keep this until I find something. I just hate going in to work each day and try to take vitamins and drink herbal tea just to get through the day.

Has anyone else dealt with this same situation? Each day is just terrible.

The people are okay but the work is confusing and there is no one to train. I asked about work/ life balance during the Interview and they said that there was work/ life balance. Now that I am working, I see that there is not.

i have been working for a medium sized salon for 4 years and was let go mon. because we had 22 stylist and 8 chairs so they made a lot of cuts. now that i am gone am i entitled to have my client list or is that all of their information now. i have heard that since they are my clients i should get them but i am not sure i wanted to ask before i made the phone calls with them and screwed myself over. thanks

Three credit bureaus issue you credit scores but with identity theft running rampant dealing with them might be more harmful than helpful because you end up giving them more information that may not be secure or that they might report to someone else. Freezing hasn't worked. Requiring notarized written permission before releasing information hasn't worked so we need to know how to protect our members from these unscrupulous predators.
