My dental office assured me my insurance would take care of most of the cost for a tooth removal procedure. I payed the premium and went on my way but a month later the dental office called me saying the insurance didn't cover anything and I have to pay the remainder. What should I tell them? What would you tell them?

I've been looking on places like careerbuilder and monster.com and a lot of the jobs (mostly marketing/sales jobs that pay really well) only require that you have a 4 yr degree, and maybe 1-2 years experience. I've even come across some jobs that only want you to have atleast a bachelors degree (or Bachelor of Science). Now I'm in college and the field that I'm going into (Psychology) isn't a field that is in high demand right now. So after going to those job sites I started to feel a little better about what I could do with my Psych degree. So is there any truths to this at all, and for those that have a degree but aren't working in that field would you please explain your experience??

The other day I was in a liquor store and my shirt accidentally pulled down a wine bottle. After reviewing the surveillance the manager was kind to not charge me for the broken bottle since it was an accident. He told me the suppliers will reimburse him. Why do some stores charge for accidentally broken bottles and others don't? I think it is better to have a returning customer, then complain about $8 for a broken bottle.

Ok I have a weird situation: my hubby and I "rent" from his mother who owes our building. I pay the rent and have my cancelled checks to show money going to her every month from MY acct. Anyways we never signed a lease now hubby and I are on the outs and he is threatening to kick me out! By law if I never signed a lease if I occupy the apt can I be thrown out like today or does she have to give me time? Trying to work it out but gotta know my options here and I have no idea?! Thanks so much in advance

My parents are in debt, about $30k and obviously the min. payments are definitly not going to get them anywhere. Problem is they don't own a home or any type of secuirty for a loan, so a bank loan is out of the question. I just want to know if there is some way that I can check up on a credit counseling agency, I know some can really help, or if there is another method altogether. I am looking into a charity that is connected with the United Way and their services are free. I'd be greatful for any insightful answers!

I spend... let's see... about $44 on gas plus $25 on food, so like $70 since I live with my folks still I don't need to pay rent. How much do you spend each week? Do you live in an apartment or a house? Are you living with your parents?

Hello, I'm 17 and I currently live with my parents. I left college to start my own business, which isn't something they approved of, so we don't really get along. I can afford to rent an apartment/flat, but will any landlords take on a 17 year old tenant?
This is the UK, by the way. Thanks.
