i got this letter from someone stating that i win $1000.000.00 from anual microsoft draw and now they asking me to send money inorder to get the cheque what do i do???

You delete it or mark it as spam.
They are "phising" for people who are dumb enough to send them money. They send you a check and tell you to send back X amount, you do and the original bounces.......It not illegal.
You can send it to your bank with either there security or fraud so that they can be aware.

It is a very common scam. Some people aren't smart enough to recognize that, and actually send them money.
If you haven't sent money, then you haven't been defrauded of anything. DON'T SEND THEM ANY MONEY!!!!

Whatever you do do not send them any money. Report them to the US department of fraud

you cant "report frod" there is nowhere to report such a thing. Matter of fact its probably not even a crime
