I would say the manufacturer.

Dealer and Retailer are one in the same. Unless you mean Wholesaler.

It all depends, when you are a dealer, you will have many locations offering your services to their customers.

With you having your own great retail store business, it must be locating in a great location to do ton's of business, again depends on the location being a retailer.
