A couple of things.
Next time try calling your bank and see if they can defer the payment. If you contact them a head of time it looks better on your part.
As for your credit. The day after your payment is due its considered late. You most likely receive a fee and also interest from the date the payment was missed until you pay it.
As for your credit report. They CANNOT report it as being 30 days late until the 30th day. They will tell you otherwise so that you make the payment. If they do report you, contact the 3 bureaus and dispute the item.

CALL every creditor first and be HONEST. These people WANT their money and will play ball by their rules. Nonetheless, gametime means time. I am sorry for the mishaps, truly. Make a payment on the house and car ASAP. In the meantime, keep your car at a friend's house. No repo man can take what they don't see. Also, if you catch the repo in the act, some states require release of the vehicle. They will come in the early morning and are very quick acting. I had repo friends. They don't play. For your house, three months of consecutive no payment will result in the foreclosure process. You need a roof before you need an engine.

I think they just wanted you to know about the late charge for payments after the due date. It would be very unusual for them to report anything to the credit bureau if it is less than 1 month late.
Be sure to make your payments as you agreed, even tho there will be a late charge.
Good Luck

Your payment is late, but its ok. As long as you pay both of the due payments in December, you should be fine. you may get a finance charge of like $20-$50. Just try not to make it a habbit, it doesnt look good on your credit.

Doesn't matter what you say, only matters what they say. They are in control, and trust me, if they want to ride up and repo your car, they will do so with no hesitation. So just pay your late fee and move on.

I dont think their will be a big deal, as long as you send them a payment as soon as possible, and tell them the situation.

They can report it late on the 26th. Park it behind the house or at someone else's house.
