im working fulltime and have little time left to manage my finance

The first thing I'd do it contact a local bank or credit union, most places have someone who can sit you down and talk to you about your future financial goals and map out what products would fit your needs.

Investing is much easier than you think, you would be surprised what $50 a month and five mins a week can do. If you would like professional help, I would contact a financial advisor. Edward Jones is one of my favorite. You can also use Meryl Lynch, TD waterhouse, or if you prefer to do it on your own you can do it online. Sharebuilder.com is one of my favorite online investment sites. They will set up what is best for you, or you can set up an automatic investment every week, 2 weeks, or every month depending on your personal preferences. Just remember that the time you spend now on assuring your financial future, is going to pay you dividend when your older.
