I have tried Wells Fargo, Citi, Prudent ect. All declined. I could go to those payday loans places but I would be paying them off forever and get even more bad credit. I am so desperate I even went to look for loan sharks. If I dont find a loan soon I will lose everything I have worked so hard for

I have a fico 625 and am trying to rebuild my credit because i have a past bankrupcy from 1999 everything will be off by 2009. I have a few credit cards and pay them faithfully. I recently paid a few off completly. But i get turned down still. What number do you have to have to get approved?

I am in my fourth year of college and will be going to medical school next year, but I just got fired from my job a week ago because they are closing and now I really need a job, so my friend who works at hooters told me I should apply at hooters because they have a couple job openings and the job pays well.

-So do you think I should ?
-Have you ever worked there ?
-And, do the guys there keep there hands to themselves ?
-Also I am in shape (118 pounds 5'7) but I don't have huge boobs(B) do you think they would still hire me ?

I was in a fight 3 years ago...I was convicted of a Felon for 2.5 years..but now the Felony has been reduced to a misdemeanor. I've been offered around a dozen jobs in the last year but they are all retracted after my background check comes back. The latest was Best Buy! Even though I have worked for them for 2 years as a seasonal employee...they still retracted my offer because of this misdemeanor. One problem is the Minnesota statute my fight fell under was "Burglary" -- even though it was not a theft related crime by any means. But if you are on someone's property when you beat them up, it falls under "Burglary" in Minnesota.

So here's my questions: Can I get this expunged? I've been told they usually only expunge drug related crimes?? In pretty much any other state it would be assault, and I could work at Best Buy? What industries are the least likely to run background checks?

Also, if I had a DUI that would be a Gross Misdemeanor - but that would be no big deal?

Okay my manager gets mad at me when I go on her register and take order bcuz I'm not suppose to erase any item when ever I make a mistake. i mean i will be moving out and she set a pmt of 200.00 a month. the first month was last month and i paid the 200 but now this is dec and i am moving out on the 16th so should i still pay the full 200 or prorate it..should i mention this to her or just pay her the full 200 for dec? help me out....
