Most of the co-workers , supervisor and boss for the company i work for dont like me. The place that i work for has alot of people that dont like my kind of race. I mean no problem with that you dont have to like my race if you dont want to. It is a free country. But everymorning I work from 5am-3:30pm on a normal day. First two hours are overtime. Sometimes I have stuff to do and a family to take care of at times. So I cant "always" stay after 3:30, they tell me if "I" dont work overtime. I will lose my job and dont have one. But alot of other co-workers dont work overtime either, they go home when their regular day is over. And they still have their job. I know they are just waiting to get rid of me. I mean I know that they dont like my race. But that isnt right for them to get rid of me because of it. But if they do fire me, it is a At Will State. They can fire you regardless. They can give you a reason or not. What is a way a can prove they fired me because of my race?

I am working in Dubai and well paid. My wife was with me here but recently she delivered a baby girl in india and unfortunately that baby girl is heart patient. I can not sponsor her here becuase she needs treatment. My parents are old and they are alone. I cant concentrate on work here. If I will go back to india I will run out of money and if I will continue here I think of them every time. What should I do? Money is important or family values? Shall I leave my job and go back to give them moral support?

My mother passed away several months ago and tax season is looming. My brother and I received 6k each from her benificiary disability thing, there was car life insurance that paid on the car with another 1k to pay back from the time she was disabled, we've also gotten the pension worth 12k. We're waiting on the 401k, a group life insurance of 42k, 8k of which is going to the funeral home, and a individual life insurance of 36k which will go through her sister to us.

My question is, how do I figure out what I should file for my own taxes and for my late mother's taxes. o_O All the money has been switching hands between us and being paid for this or that, and trying to get all this paperwork done. What is taxable? What's not? Are we being really stupid? Do I really really have to go hire a dang professional? :P

I have just turned 18 and my pay will be going up to £5.38 per hour. I generally work 16 hours per week but will be seeking more if I won't be taxed too much. I'm still in fulltime education I believe (University first year) if that affects anything.

I opted to pay my car insurance by monthly direct debit and due to some error by my insurers it was never set up and neither I or them notieced the error for months. They are now asking for the arrears to be payed off,am I liable to pay or as the mistake was their error am I within my rights to refuse.
