Work on your CV. If possible contact a consultant.

Reduce your salary expectations. A 10% increase in salary expectation is ok. Don't make unrealistic demands.

Market yourself. Do some networking. Contact people. Personal contacts and mouth to mouth publicity goes a long way.

Do some vigorous searching in the internat and news papers.

You dont seem to be selling yourself well. You need to highlight your skills and capabilities in such a way that the employer will be so impressed with you. You also need to realise that you need for your cv to be different from the other applicants. Marketing yourself is the beginning of being recognized

the call to employ you or no longer is made by employing the interviewer in the 1st minute of the interview. He/She already is familiar with in the event that they prefer to employ you. If the interview drags or seems boring or has silent moments, you're no longer getting the job. I even have interviewed a lot of human beings with the aid of the years for countless positions and all of my opposite numbers who did the comparable element consider me. the call is made the minute they seem at you and pay attention you communicate. My suggestion: Make that first couple of minutes count style for each little thing.

Its all about marketing my friend. Jo dikhta hain woh bikta hain. You are not selling yourself properly. Try and find out the requirement and match it up with your USP's and draft a letter applying for the post.
