Most of the co-workers , supervisor and boss for the company i work for dont like me. The place that i work for has alot of people that dont like my kind of race. I mean no problem with that you dont have to like my race if you dont want to. It is a free country. But everymorning I work from 5am-3:30pm on a normal day. First two hours are overtime. Sometimes I have stuff to do and a family to take care of at times. So I cant "always" stay after 3:30, they tell me if "I" dont work overtime. I will lose my job and dont have one. But alot of other co-workers dont work overtime either, they go home when their regular day is over. And they still have their job. I know they are just waiting to get rid of me. I mean I know that they dont like my race. But that isnt right for them to get rid of me because of it. But if they do fire me, it is a At Will State. They can fire you regardless. They can give you a reason or not. What is a way a can prove they fired me because of my race?

if your not being treated equal, there are laws to protect you. and if this has happened, they will regret it. sounds like you need to also in any (if any ) free time look for new work

First, if you feel your job security is at risk, and it seems you do, then you need to keep your pay stubs or time sheet that shows you are working 8+ hours on a regular basis. However, working the overtime in the morning may not be what the company needs. For example, if there are meetings or team based activities that must be done when others are there and they aren't there at 5am, then you working OT is not very productive.
Not everyone within an organization has the same responsibilities and therefore may not be needed to work OT.
Disregard your race for a moment and then assess whether they are expecting you to do more than those in similar positions. If the answer is yes, don't sit back and assume. Make an appointment with your boss and discuss what are the expectations of your job. Then, you will have to decide whether that is feasible for you. If not, then go find another job.
Trying to find a job after being fired will not be easy. No matter the circumstances.

Some companies make overtime mandatory given the amount of work needed to be done. However, under certain circumstances, like yours possibly, they could work it out with the employee. Before you throw the race card on them, make sure of what you'll say. Is your productivity as good as the average or better? If it's poor there's no reason for you to complain. If you really believe there is discrimination on their part, talk to the Human Resources department in your company. They will deal with the situation discreetly and will make sure that your boss and supervisor aware of the fact that what they're doing is wrong without you having to confront them. Good luck!

are you the only one there of your race..is it all whites, blacks,Chinese,etc...if they only have one race there and you are the only outsider then it should not be to hard to prove..and the last time i checked mandatory over time was for everyone in the same area.. i would get a hold of a lawyer that has free consolation advice and see what they have to say..
