I am in my fourth year of college and will be going to medical school next year, but I just got fired from my job a week ago because they are closing and now I really need a job, so my friend who works at hooters told me I should apply at hooters because they have a couple job openings and the job pays well.
-So do you think I should ?
-Have you ever worked there ?
-And, do the guys there keep there hands to themselves ?
-Also I am in shape (118 pounds 5'7) but I don't have huge boobs(B) do you think they would still hire me ?

Yeah I think I am going to look into something else but if I can't find anything or it dosen't pay as well I will just work there for a while until I find something better :)

Well, there you do not start as a waitress. You start as a hostess and work up to be a waitress.
I have not worked there, but know a few girls that have.
The guys are tame. And there is a big guy that usually is on duty at all times in case someone is not.
B cup is fine, and the girls there will probably teach you tricks to make them look even larger.
You need money, it is a job, and a well paying one from tips if you get good shifts.
I say if you are confident and have a good personality, do it!
You only live once!
Just think, it will be a great story to tell someday...
Plus, if you ever quit, sell your uniform on Ebay for a nice extra amount of money...
Hooters is a family restaurant and many Law and Med Students have worked there that I have known... People will always tell you it is a bad place, but unless they worked there, not sure I would really care to listen to them...

Well, this is coming from a grandmother so my opinion probably won't be as welcome as you would like. First, if you have low self-esteem and don't care what your parents think of you then go for it. If you are pre-med then you are smart enough to get a job somewhere else besides a restaurant. Hooters is NOT a FAMILY restaurant, I wouldn't take my children or grandchildren there. About the men keeping their hands to themselves if you have to ask this question then you obviously have some serious concerns about working there so that should be enough answer for you. And if you can't tell what kind of men go there re-read some of the poor taste answers you have gotten from the men on here. Before you stoop to this level please try to find something else first....

Probably. It's not like it's a strip club, it's actually a family restaurant. If you like that type of work and you would be happy doing it, why not. As far as guys keeping their hands to themselves, they don't do this anywhere you go.

Send me a picture and i will give you my opinion. Just kidding. My daughter and her friends have worked their way from Subway to servers at fine dinning and are making good money. Any food service on your resume will attract offers from other establishments. Perhaps temporally at Hooters and then move on. Also she and her friends have been successfull in finding jobs via www.craigslist.com. good luck.

It depends on how you feel about it. I dont think guys puts their hands on you since it is a family resturant. You dont need to have big boobs either.
