Big and best go together many times. They spend the most money, most company have list of such customers and assign a person to take care of them so they are kept happy and do not seek out completion.
They may be picky but they have right to be so.

Customer is a superior there will be no differensiation by big customer or small customer. For every company, customer is more important. If u satify ur customer by ur service. Customer will not change to any other he will sticks to one company or product. Customer satifaction is more important for every company or product in the market.
